The Paranormal

On this page you will find the results of the ghost hunting and paranormal investigations that Tori and I do. We are both available for vigils and paranormal investigations. I am a regular guest medium for Ghost vigils at the Shrieves House (Falstaff Experience) in Stratford-Upon-Avon. We recently took a little trip to Chislehurst Caves, in Chislehurst Kent. These caves date back over 8,000 years and were used by the ancient Saxons, then the Druids added to them, where it is believed that sacrifices were carried out, then many years later the Romans dug out more of the caves and expanded the size of them. During world war two, the caves were so big that during the airraids of London, ther was a virtual underground town located inside. The caves are so vast that you need to have a guide to go around, it's like a maze down there!!

These caves truly are steeped in history, ancient history and are very creepy as we went around with only kerosene lanterns for light it certainly captured the atmostphere and it wasn't before Tori and I felt we were not alone. Thestart

Straight after I had collected my lantern, as you will see if you look closely, I was surrounded by a few orbs and we could feel more than one presence there following us through the caves.

No sooner did we turn around near the entrance and click a photo, when we were greeted with this sight, a whole host of orbs: We knew this was going to be very interesting indeed!!

We were not disappointed. As we entered the Roman sector (the caves are divided up loosely into sectors mined by the different peoples at different times.)

we felt a strong cold breeze and we heard voices, but no one else was down here!! We turned a corner and came to an offset crossroads, a strong cold breeze blew up from there and Tori snapped a picture that , as you will see caught two orbs moving across the doorway. (There is a fainter one below the bigger of the two)

Of course the best was still to come, as there had been a murder commited in the caves, many years ago. They call it the haunted pool. There is a small area where there is a natural pool, we could see why it is called that. Several people have tried to spend the night at this point and there used to be a prize £5.00 for anyone who could stay the entire night, but after many attempts, the last two ending badly, this challenge was dropped.

Firstly as we entered this area we felt very uneasy, the air got suddenly very cold and did not feel pleasant at all. We took a picture down a connecting corridor off to the right, where we both felt a presence and caught a large bright orb.
